Shipping

 

Please read below for questions regarding shipping policies and costs.  

 

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped the same day (if placed before 4:00 PM EST) or the next business day.

 

When will I receive my order?

Ontario residents will usually receive their orders within 2-3 business days. All other Canadian provinces will receive their order within 4-6 business days.  Note if an item is on backorder please add an extra 3 days to the shipping time.  International deliveries can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

 

How is my order shipped?

We mostly ship using Canada Post Xpresspost™ for all domestic orders and FedEx for international orders. You will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes.  To find out your tracking number, please email: general@mooibykristenlee.com.  

 

We used to give tracking numbers for every order, however, were finding that by the time the numbers were provided the parcels were already delivered.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

All domestic packages with a pre-tax value of $75.00 or more will not have associated shipping costs.  All domestic packages under $75.00 and International packages will have a flat $10.00 shipping fee. 

 

Do you ship outside of the United States (international)?

Yes, our website accepts all international orders. International shipments will take approximately 1-3 weeks.
